The Dawn of New Era

Well today was another step in this adventure of mine in Singapore. I closed down Colleen Simmonds Pte. Ltd. after four years. Do I feel regret? No, I am happy to be moving on. I felt as if I was a hamster on a treadmill, doing the same thing over and over and not getting anywhere. Now I feel free, I will continue to teach Prenatal Yoga, practice Hatha Yoga at studios but I want to start afresh, helping Mums and Dads prepare and experience the joy of birth, natural or otherwise. At the moment I am trying to think of a name for my fledgeling idea.

In the meantime, I need to pack because - YES! I am going on a six months working vacation. First up, I will be looking after my adorable grand-daughter, Chloe, now nine months' old while Nix goes to Johannesburg for the day on business. Next its Russell's 34th birthday and Tess' Stork party. I will get to see all the lovely people that always come to our auspicious celebrations. I will also get to play with my eldest darling grand-daughter, Jenna. I am so excited!
